Parkway Hills is hosting a free, eight-week program that emphasizes practical ways to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. The two-hour classes begin Wednesday, April 11, at 10 a.m. and will be held every Wednesday.
Two instructors from the Mississippi State Department of Health will coach us to set realistic goals to increase activity, make changes in our environment to reduce fall risk factors, and learn some exercises to increase strength and balance.
