Saturday, May 3, 2014

Dear Craftsman/Artist:

The 10th Annual SpringFest is scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the grounds of Parkway Hills United Methodist Church and we would love to have you participate.

This outdoor festival, held in a woodland setting with walking trails and natural landscaping, features craftsmen, artists, live music, food and children’s activities. Entertainment for children will include carnival games with prizes, a trackless train ride, balloon animals, and face painting!  Barbecue plates, drinks and desserts will be available for purchase with proceeds benefiting Stop Hunger Now and the accelerated reading program at East Flora Elementary School.

The event is offered entirely free of charge for the public and will be publicized through television, newspaper ads, feature stories, social media, posters, calendar event listings, e-mail and text notifications, t-shirts, word-of-mouth, etc.
