Odyssey Class

New study starting Sunday

Based on the book: Extravagant Generosity: The Heart of Giving begins Sunday, October 23, lasting four weeks. Join our class in discovering how to "give, share, sacrifice, and serve extravagantly." Sunday's lesson is based on the devotional book, Practicing Extravagant Generosity: Daily Readings on the Grace of Giving. You should have completed the short readings from Week 1 by Sunday. If you do not have the devotional book, please contact the church office to receive one.

Odyssey Class Is Teaching in the Ark thru January

The Odyssey Class will not be meeting at its regular time and location during the month of January 2011.  We are teaching children's Sunday School (K-5) in the Ark through the end of the month.  Please check back soon for information regarding the 2011 program, launching this February.

Class description:  Young Adult / Adult

More on this class:  The Odyssey class is comprised of young adults and adults, most of whom have young children.  The program of study is selected via class input, with topics rotating approximately every six to eight weeks.  The study materials range from scripture based learning to practical applications of Christian principles in every day life.  Classes are conducted with a good mixture of leader-taught lessons and group discussion.
