New Staff Members
I am so excited about our two new staff members at Parkway Hills! Both Erin Summerlin and Roe Hunter bring new energy and insight to both our staff and our church.
Erin, who grew up right here at Parkway Hills, will be joining us as “Administrative and Ministries Assistant” on August 2. Erin will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the church, including Newsletter, bulletin, and other communication responsibilities. She will also take the lead or assist in a variety of ministry opportunities in the church. I look forward to seeing how God uses Erin to spark new life at Parkway Hills.
Roe Hunter officially joined us Monday of this week. On Sunday night, Roe met some of our youth at the pool party, and he is eager to meet more of our Junior and Senior High youth in the coming weeks. Roe brings with him a desire to help connect with and mentor our young people, as well as to help them grow into disciples with a vibrant faith and a vision to make an impact on this world for Christ.
My prayer is that every small group at Parkway Hills be a safe place of growth, vitality, and support as we challenge each other to be all that God has called us to be! Our staff is no exception. As I get to know old and new staff alike, I am excited about what God has in store. Thank you for holding your staff in prayer as we strive to be a blessing to the Body of Christ here at Parkway Hills and beyond!
